  • Do Kiziks run true to size?
  • Yes! All Kizik styles have a standard fit that runs true to what most people normally wear. If you’re unsure, we recommend going with a half-size up.
  • We offer most adult styles in EE, as it’s the most in-demand wide size.

  • Do Kiziks come in wide sizes?

Our standard Kizik insole has a mild arch to it. It’s also removable for customers who wear orthotics.

  • Do Kiziks have arch support?

You can definitely clean up your Kiziks! We recommend using a soft cloth or toothbrush with dishwashing liquid and water on our mesh shoes. Rinse and air dry. Do not put your Kiziks in the dryer as the heat can cause misshaping. As for the insoles, they’re removable and machine washable, then should be air-dried.

  • Are Kiziks washable?

  • On all adult sizes, yes! Insoles on Kizik Kids are not removable.

Returns & exchanges

  • How do I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, we’ve already gotten started on it. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to customer service for this request. Changes to address or cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of booking. There are no guarantees that we would be able to fulfill your request, but we will try. Orders placed after regular business hours need to be requested via email and a customer service representative will respond the following business day. The good news is, returns and exchanges are free! (US Only!)

  • How do I exchange an order?
Kizik offers exchanges if made within 30 days of purchase(US only). To create an exchange, please visit https://kizik.com/pages/returns-and-exchanges and select exchange.
 

Orders, shipping & tracking

  • When will my Kiziks be delivered?
We fulfill orders Monday through Friday. Orders that come in on the weekend will be added to the next business day, with a shipping turnaround time of 24 – 48 hours. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll get an email with your shipping information. Transit days will begin once the carrier has made its initial scan.
 
  • Can I get expedited shipping on my order?
You can! Standard shipping is always free. If you’d like to choose faster options, you can select it at checkout. Please note that we only fulfill orders on regular business days. Any order placed after business hours on Friday will be processed the following Monday morning.
 
  • Do you ship Kiziks internationally?
Kizik shoes are sold internationally! If you’re not already directed to your location, you can find out if you can purchase our products in your market by going to the location selector at the bottom of our website.
 

Payments & refunds

  • What happens if my Kiziks arrive, but they were damaged in transit?
We want your order to be right! Contact our customer service team, and they’ll help you. Be ready to send a photo of your damaged item, and we’ll do our best to get it resolved.
 
  • How do I exchange my Kiziks for a different size?
No matter why you want to exchange your Kiziks, you can! As long as you haven’t worn them outside, you can send them back for free within 30 days of purchase.

The treatment of our factory workers is very important to us as well and we were very strategic in picking our oversea vendors. These decisions were based off quality of product and how well they manage and take care of their employees. We also specially chose a factory that makes periodic audits to assure that they are treating their employees well and fairly.
